A novel

About this book:

"Geeky Girl" is a coming-of-age story centered on Zoe, a brilliant middle schooler who finds solace and strength in the world of computers, comics, and logic. As she navigates the unpredictable landscape of eighth grade, Zoe grapples with the pressures of fitting in versus staying true to her passion for technology. Her journey takes an unexpected turn when her academic rivalry with Aiden Miller, a popular and equally brilliant classmate, evolves into a powerful partnership on a groundbreaking robotics project.

Beyond the world of circuits and code, Zoe learns valuable lessons about friendship, vulnerability, and the complex "algorithms of the heart." From navigating a surprising school cyberattack to uncovering a hidden history of suppressed innovation, Zoe and Aiden’s collaboration pushes them beyond their comfort zones, leading to personal growth and a deeper understanding of the world and each other. This novel celebrates the power of shared passion, the importance of authentic connection, and the courage it takes to embrace who you are in a world that doesn't always celebrate geekiness.
