About this book:

Step onto the rails of 1980s Osaka and follow Chiharu Katsuragi, a trail‑blazing female conductor navigating a world of iron‑clad uniforms, early‑morning whistles, and the relentless pulse of the Loop Line. From the chill of dawn platforms to the hum of crowded commuter cars, every page thrums with the authenticity of a bygone era—meticulously researched, rich in sensory detail, and alive with the quiet determination of a woman who refuses to be sidelined.

*Tracks of Her Heart* blends the tender introspection of Josei storytelling with the kinetic energy of a working‑class manga, revealing the small triumphs and stubborn obstacles that shape Chiharu’s days. Whether she’s mastering the precise three‑second door count, defending her place against skeptical seniors, or finding solace in a humble lunchbox on a rain‑slicked platform, her journey feels both intensely personal and universally resonant.
