The Glass Orchard MTA
A Mystery of Inheritance, Secrets, and Second Chances

About this book:

In "The Glass Orchard," the Dunning siblings return to their ancestral estate in Edenvale following the death of their enigmatic grandmother, Viola. Expected to inherit a vast fortune, they instead discover Viola's final, eccentric challenge: the estate is only theirs if they uncover a hidden secret within the ornate Glass Orchard. This leads them on a captivating treasure hunt through their family's past, initially unearthing a forbidden love affair between a young Viola and Arthur Sterling, the gardener’s son, and the devastating scandal that tore them apart, allegedly orchestrated by their grandfather, Silas Dunning, to preserve the family’s elite reputation.

As they delve deeper into Viola’s meticulously hidden clues—old letters, a diary, and symbolic lockets—the mystery darkens from a romantic tragedy to a chilling crime. They uncover evidence suggesting a child, born of Viola and Arthur’s love, was murdered and secretly buried by Silas Dunning in 1948, turning their inheritance quest into a homicide investigation. The discovery draws them into a dangerous web of intrigue, facing threats from those desperate to keep the past buried. Ultimately, they unmask a sophisticated blackmail scheme involving other prominent Edenvale families, including the surprising revelation of the detective investigating the case. "The Glass Orchard" is a gripping tale of hidden lives, buried secrets, and the powerful, redemptive journey of a fractured family determined to expose a brutal truth and forge a new legacy built on honesty and healing.
