In a climactic confrontation atop the Meridian Tower, Mara hijacks the city’s broadcast network. She overrides the "Tranquility" signal with Arthur’s evidence, forcing the public to hear March’s own voice confessing to the social engineering of their lives. Though March attempts to destroy the tower to silence the truth, the broadcast sparks a widespread awakening.
