Nerdy Boy MTA
A novel

About this book:

Dive into the world of Alex, a boy who sees middle school not as a social minefield, but as a complex system waiting to be understood. Armed with algorithms, flowcharts, and a deep understanding of code, Alex navigates the chaotic universe of Northwood Middle, where the Lunchroom Principle dictates social gravity and popularity is a quantifiable metric. From decoding the bully algorithm of K-Dawg, the self-proclaimed "Pixel King," to deciphering the unpredictable variables of friendship, Alex applies his unique logical perspective to the bewildering challenges of adolescence.

"Nerdy Boy" is a witty and heartfelt novel that celebrates individuality and the power of seeing the world differently. Follow Alex as he tackles everything from disastrous talent shows and competitive robotics challenges to the perplexing logic of human connection and the unquantifiable ache of first heartbreak. Along the way, he finds unexpected allies in an artistic observer, a kindhearted athlete, and a brilliant, enigmatic coder who communicates in elegant lines of script.

More than just a story about surviving middle school, this book is about finding your place, building genuine connections, and realizing that sometimes, the most powerful algorithms are the ones we write for understanding and empathy. Join Alex on his journey as he learns that the ultimate cheat code isn't about manipulating the system, but about embracing the messy, beautiful, and utterly human data that lies in the margins.
