(New York), Houston's Food Service Company (Houston), Louisville Grocery Company (Louisville, Kentucky), Plantation Foods (Miami, Florida), Texas Wholesale Grocery Corporation (Dallas), Thomas Foods, Inc. and its Justrite Food Service, Inc. subsidiary (Cincinnati), and Wicker, Inc. (Dallas).
